Welcome to “The Estate”, a premier nightlife destination in Boston.

We bring New Englands nightlife entertainment to another level of luxury with the utmost attention to service, ambiance and music. Our “house” can accomodate groups of up to 700 people in spaces adorned with baroque accents, an oversized fireplace, multiple chandeliers and full-length mirrors. The twisting arrangements of intimate seating areas provide comfort to guests while a massive two-story, open-air dance atrium with a wrap-around balcony offers unbeatable people watching. Please allow us to coordinate every detail of your next dynamic event as we are experienced in hosting events such as fashion shows, corporate gatherings, holiday parties and private events.

The main, first floor is an elegant function space with a classical ornate air, which lends a very special ambiance to every event. Designed in keeping with the unique theatre architecture, the original oak-paneled stage, chic curtains and grand dance floor with high ceilings, sparkling chandeliers and distinctive fireplace create a lovely photo backdrop.

The second level provides a clear view of the dance floor, with its own large bar and cozy seating areas — it is perfect for lounging or people watching with friends. There are six VIP seating areas available, surrounding a grand wrap-around balcony that has splendid panoramic views of the entire venue.

The Kiki Room

Adjacent to the second floor balcony is the very special Kiki room — an unbeatable setting for smaller gatherings. Clearly luxurious in appearance, the baroque-inspired setting is a refreshing and invigorating place for cocktails or more intimate events. This room features a private, full-length bar, low Barcelona benches for seating, a marble banquet and upholstered walls in deep wine hues. Guests also have access to the private elevator for personal use and easy access to the first floor.

The Shag Room

Nestled in a corner on the second floor lays the Shag room; a cozy and cushioned area that is surrounded by shear curtains to provide privacy when desired. VIP guests can reserve this room and enjoy all the included amenities, such as table service, their own private server and anything else they desire, delivered by The Butler himself.
